Full-Time RN or LPN – Phoenix, AZ Urgently Hiring | Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM One-on-One Private Duty Nursing Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled one-on-one in-home nursing care for a patient in Phoenix, Arizona. We have an immediate need for an RN or LPN available to work: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday7:30 AM – 6:00 PM This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys providing individualized care, developing a meaningful relationship with their patient and family, and working in a comfortable one-on-one home environment. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home
• Follow physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with physicians, family, and the clinical team
• Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN or LPN License (Compact License accepted)
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Article 9 Certification (or willingness to obtain - we can assist)
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
