Sr. Structural Rack Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Dematic has an immediate opening for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our North America Engineering team in Wauwatosa, WI. This is a hands-on, project-based role requiring deep expertise in structural analysis, steel and rack design, and close collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and project teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fundamentals, proven experience in industrial racking and ASRS applications, and the ability to lead complex structural engineering initiatives from concept through installation. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be \$102,750 - \$150,700 at the time of posting.
