Project Practitioner

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Project Practitioner supports the successful delivery of the organization\'s projects, typically with a scope of up to \$5M, and focused on point solution (PS) and/or distributor projects. This role focuses on strengthening project leadership skills, cross-functional awareness, contributing and the ability to contribute to engineering in moderately complex environments. The role focuses on developing project management fundamentals, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change management. It emphasizes collaboration and relationship-building within project teams, while helping align project outcomes with stakeholder expectations under the guidance execution leadership. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be \$76,500 - \$112,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do in this Role: Project Initiation / Integration: Manage small, straightforward projects through the full project lifecycle-from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closeout-ensuring timely task completion, accurate documentation, and clear stakeholder communication.
