Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment and tools
• Support the drilling crew during operations, including handling and transporting equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the rig site
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform routine inspections and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
• Assist with the assembly and disassembly of drilling components
• Support the team in troubleshooting operational issues as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in drilling operations or a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy objects
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and extended shifts
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of drilling equipment are a plus
