Agentic AI is moving from experimentation to production, and organizations everywhere are racing to figure out how to build it responsibly and at scale. We're growing a team of engineers who want to work at the center of that shift: designing and building autonomous, multi-agent systems powered by Anthropic's Claude models for some of the world's largest organizations.

Join our AI & Engineering team in transforming technology platforms, driving innovation, and helping make a significant impact on our clients' success. These solutions are powered by engineering for business advantage, transforming mission-critical operations. We enable clients to stay ahead with the latest advancements by transforming engineering teams and modernizing technology & data platforms. Our delivery models are tailored to meet each client's unique requirements.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Software Engineer III, AI & Engineering on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering full-stack software and AI-enabled solutions for client engagements.

Architect, design and implement scalable full-stack features across front-end and back-end systems.
Design and operationalize RESTful and asynchronous APIs on cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP), including containerized workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex features from requirements gathering through deployment and monitoring.
Integrate large language model platforms and generative artificial intelligence application programming interfaces, including Anthropic Claude, to deliver context-aware features, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, tool-calling workflows, and automation solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions, estimate work, and contribute to code reviews.
Troubleshoot defects, improve application performance, write automated tests, and support production readiness activities, including incident response and on-call rotations.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
