Lead operational administration and service health for Snowflake, Matillion Data Productivity Cloud, and on-premises ETL environments.
Govern incident, problem, change, and knowledge management; monitor SLA performance and drive timely root-cause analysis and remediation.
Coordinate production releases, CI/CD orchestration, environment provisioning, disaster recovery planning, and operational readiness.

Lead engineering teams and service partners; manage priorities, capacity, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate change advisory reviews and support operational audits, reporting, and governance requirements.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
