Bilingual Insurance Agent (Spanish/English)

DellTax and Insurance is hiring a friendly, dependable bilingual insurance agent for our Harrisonburg, Virginia office. You'll help customers understand their insurance options and provide service in English and Spanish.

No insurance experience is required. We provide paid training. Candidates must be willing to obtain the required Virginia insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and learn about their insurance needs
• Answer calls and assist customers in English and Spanish
• Explain coverage options and help prepare quotes
• Enter customer information accurately and maintain records
• Follow up with customers and support existing policies

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Willing to complete training and obtain the required insurance license

Pay: $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience Location: Harrisonburg, Virginia Schedule: Full-time or part-time
