✅ Kafka or RabbitMQ
✅ Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB
✅ Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD
✅ Application Performance Tuning, Security & Cloud-Native Architecture
Mandatory:
✔️ 10+ years of IT experience
✔️ Recent Banking/Financial Services experience is mandatory
✔️ Hands-on experience with Payments, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Core Banking, Lending, Digital Banking, or Treasury applications
✔️ Experience building secure, high-volume, mission-critical applications
✔️ Agile/Scrum experience
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
