Direct and control the activities of the plant administrative office. Ensure the accuracy of the plant\'s financial records in accordance with corporate policies and generally accepted accounting principles. Food Safety and Quality Responsibilities: Ensure product safety, quality and legality through enforcement of company policy and regulatory standards. Enforce company quality standards. Accountabilities: Direct the preparation, maintenance, and control of all manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, cost accounting, fixed asset, and financial records for assigned operations. Provide financial leadership and oversight across multiple facilities and distribution operations as assigned. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to finance managers and accounting personnel supporting manufacturing and warehousing operations. Ensure consistent application of accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting practices across locations. Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations leadership to analyze inventory movements, warehousing costs, productivity metrics, transportation impacts, and network optimization opportunities. Provide local / regional management and corporate with timely and accurate financial and operating information including the reporting, forecasting and analysis of cost variances and the review and control of capital expenditures.
