What Youll Do

Assemble components and subassemblies according to detailed instructions, schematics, and specifications. Use hand tools and microscopes to perform precise assembly of fine wire and surface mount components. Perform soldering and de-soldering operations with care and consistency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and achieve quality and efficiency goals. What Were Looking For

Our most successful technicians:

Have strong mechanical aptitude and can interpret written and visual assembly procedures. Exhibit outstanding attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination. Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a close-knit team.
