Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales floor
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up
• Explain motorcycle features, benefits, financing options, and promotions
• Maintain knowledge of current Harley-Davidson models and dealership inventory
• Follow up with leads, phone inquiries, and online customer requests
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
• Assist with dealership events, promotions, and community activities

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Motorcycle knowledge or enthusiasm for the Harley-Davidson brand
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, outgoing attitude
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Basic computer and CRM skills
