MS Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer

Seeking an MS Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer who combines strong development expertise with enterprise architecture awareness and a passion for delivering business-critical solutions at scale. This experienced technical contributor will provide expertise in Dataverse architecture, application development, Azure integrations, security design, automation, application lifecycle management (ALM), and enterprise solution delivery. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on experience across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, such as Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights (Marketing). Success in this role requires strong capabilities in custom development, Power Platform engineering, system integrations, DevOps practices, and troubleshooting complex enterprise applications.

Application Solution Development: Designs, develops, and maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance on Azure development and best practices. Serves as an experienced technical contributor, providing expertise in Dataverse architecture, application development, Azure integrations, security design, automation, application lifecycle management (ALM), and enterprise solution delivery. Builds and supports application solutions, data models, security frameworks, and automation processes ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, performance, security, supportability, and reliability.

Delivery Expertise: Develop custom solution functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Plug-ins, Custom APIs, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), and related technologies. Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, external applications, and enterprise data platforms. Establish and support CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, and ALM best practices using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Build Tools.

Collaborate: Team with other technical teams, business stakeholders, and agile delivery team members (product owners, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, quality analysts) to analyze requirements, recommend technical approaches, and deliver high-quality solutions. Actively engages and participates in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Software Developer I

Job Summary:

Partners with other software developers, business systems analysts, and liaisons to translate user requirements and systems objectives into a logical, efficient and optimal systems design. Develops and maintains new and existing applications by writing code based on the aforementioned design to ensure that business rules, security standards and government regulations are met. Escalates issues to management for resolution . Assists in creating and executing required test plans on all new and changed components.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains new and existing applications by analyzing, designing and writing code writing code that satisfies a logical, efficient and optimal systems design.
• Supports testing, implementation, and break-fix tasks associated with business applications.
• Supports the development of documentation of technical workflows and systems designs and verifies against user requirements.

Job Summary:
