Get Paid to Shop for Customers! We have a rare career opportunity as a Personal Shopper/E-Commerce Sales Associate. This position is responsible for fulfilling online orders, assisting customers with personalized product recommendations, and ensuring a fast, accurate, and exceptional shopping experience. The Personal Shopper/E-Commerce Sales Associate works closely with store departments to locate merchandise, process orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and support curbside pickup and delivery services. This position requires the ability to work days, nights, and every other weekend.

Hourly Pay Range: $17.00-$19.00 Depending on Experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outstanding customer service through online, curbside, and in-store shopping experiences.
• Accurately shop customer orders while selecting quality merchandise that meets customer expectations.
• Communicate with customers regarding substitutions, out-of-stock items, product availability, and order updates.
• Prepare online orders for pickup or delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
• Verify item accuracy and order completeness before customer pickup or delivery.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and help identify solutions based on their individual needs.
• Maintain knowledge of store merchandise, promotions, and seasonal products.
• Work with department team members to locate products and resolve inventory issues.
• Monitor online order queues and prioritize order fulfillment to meet service standards.
• Support inventory accuracy by reporting out-of-stock items, misplaced merchandise, and inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining sales floor presentation when not actively fulfilling orders.
• Promote current advertisements, specials, and loyalty programs to customers.
• Follow company procedures for online order processing, customer communication, and operational compliance.
• Maintain accurate records related to customer orders, substitutions, returns, and fulfillment activities.

OTHER DUTIES

• General housekeeping duties.
• Assist store departments with stocking, merchandising, and customer service needs.
• Support seasonal promotions, sales events, and special store projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Long periods of standing, walking, and moving throughout the store.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing.
• Ability to use handheld devices, mobile applications, and computer systems to process orders.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail, ecommerce, personal shopping, grocery pickup, fulfillment, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS

• Retail store environment.
• Cold and warm conditions, including coolers and outdoor pickup areas.
• Fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
• Irregular work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
