Business Intern Location: 1 Dixon Square, Chestertown, MD 21620 Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/Hour Work Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week and 2-hour work blocks

The Dixon Group is looking for local college students interested in general business, finance and operations to join our team as a Business Intern in Chestertown, MD! This position is ideal for a student who wants hands-on experience in a real business environment. The intern will work directly with business leaders and support teams to understand operational challenges and help develop solutions.

What Were Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university is required.
• Pursuing a degree in business, finance, operations or a related field.
• Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Ability to work in blocks of at least 2 hours at a time.
• Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic.
• Motivated individuals seeking long-term career growth who want to work and grow within our local community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively across different teams.
