Position Summary As an Activities & Recreation Attendant, you'll help create unforgettable moments for our guests. You'll welcome them, plan and lead daily activities, arrange excursions and reservations, and keep our recreation areas safe, clean, and ready for fun. If you love hospitality, the outdoors, and making people smile, we'd love to meet you.

Job Duties

• Greet guests warmly and serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact.
• Handle basic administrative, reception, and front-desk duties.
• Arrange transportation, tours, excursions, and activities when guests request them.
• Give information and recommendations on local attractions, shopping, dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreation.
• Make dinner and event reservations, get event tickets, and arrange special services.
• Provide or arrange general business services for guests.
• Plan and lead daily activities such as crafts, games, and special events.
• Clean and inspect recreational equipment regularly to keep it in good condition.
• Help guests with special needs use the recreational equipment and enter and exit activity areas safely.
• Support and enforce the company's safety programs and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience at a resort or luxury resort.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of company safety protocols.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• The physical stamina to stand for long periods and work outdoors in the Florida Keys climate.
• A calm, friendly demeanor and good conflict-resolution skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
