Sr. Client Relationship Manager

ey Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and key stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to execute client initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Resolve client concerns proactively and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience managing advertising, media, influencer, or e-commerce marketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Bilingual English and Chinese preferred.
• Familiarity with the North American consumer market is a plus.
