Job Summary

The Financial Analyst I is an intermediate-level position supporting the financial operations of the Medical Group. This role focuses on provider compensation, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. The Financial Analyst I partners with department leaders and finance leadership to provide accurate financial information and support operational and strategic decision-making.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze provider compensation statements.

• Develop and maintain provider compensation models.

• Perform financial impact analyses for operational changes and strategic decisions.

• Prepare and present financial reports to department leaders and finance leadership.

• Serve as a financial resource to department managers regarding financial performance, budgeting, and related questions.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and communicate findings to leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools preferred.
