Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 – $27.00 Plus Shift Differential

Our CNAs play an important role in providing compassionate, hands-on patient care while supporting nurses and other members of the healthcare team. Whether you're an experienced CNA or looking to grow your healthcare career, you'll be part of a team that values teamwork, respect, and quality patient care.

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll help patients feel comfortable, safe, and supported throughout their hospital stay. Responsibilities include:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.

• Assist patients with walking, transferring, repositioning, and mobility needs.

• Provide comfort, emotional support, and compassionate bedside care.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.

• Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient care plans.

• Communicate patient needs and observations to the appropriate members of the healthcare team.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• A compassionate, patient-focused approach and a genuine desire to help others.

Compensation & Shift Differentials

Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 – $27.00

Additional shift differentials are available based on applicable shifts, job codes, and company policies.
