As a CNA, you'll play an important role in providing hands-on patient care, supporting our nursing staff, and helping patients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout their hospital stay.

What You'll Do
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Obtain and document vital signs and other patient information.
• Assist patients with walking, transferring, repositioning, and mobility needs.
• Provide comfort, emotional support, and compassionate bedside care.
• Observe patients and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
• Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to support individualized patient care.
• Communicate patient needs and concerns to the appropriate members of the healthcare team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
• Current, valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Compensation
Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 – $27.00
