Supporting Radha Agrawal & Eli Clark-Davis Daybreaker · Belong Center · Belong Institute Full-time · In-person · New York City Reports to: Radha Agrawal, with close day-to-day collaboration with Eli Clark-Davis
About Us
Daybreaker is a global community company best known for pioneering sober morning dance parties in more than 60 cities around the world. For over a decade, we've been bringing people together through music, movement, wellness, and shared joy. Alongside Daybreaker, we're building a broader ecosystem dedicated to helping people belong. Belong Center is our nonprofit working to end the loneliness epidemic through community-based initiatives. Belong Institute trains community organizers from around the world to become architects of belonging in their own cities. Beyond these organizations, Radha is launching her new book, How to Make a Friend, expanding her speaking and media work, and developing new creative projects across publishing, podcasting, and television. Together, this is a founder-led world where ideas move quickly, priorities evolve daily, creativity is everywhere, and no two weeks look alike. The Opportunity We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Creative Coordinator to become a trusted right hand to Radha and Eli, supporting them across their professional, creative, and personal worlds. This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. Alongside managing calendars, communications, travel, and day-to-day logistics, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects spanning marketing, brand building, community engagement, events, publishing, and creative initiatives. We're particularly excited to find someone who is curious, resourceful, creative, and eager to learn. Someone who loves making things happen, is happy to roll up their sleeves, and can move comfortably between detailed executive support and helping bring new ideas to life. You'll work closely with Radha, learning firsthand how she builds brands, launches ideas, and creates movements, while helping turn that vision into action. The ideal person is energized by variety, takes real ownership, anticipates needs, and thrives in an environment where priorities can shift quickly. You'll help protect time, keep priorities moving, and create the space for two founders to focus on the work only they can do. What You'll Do Executive Support
- Own complex calendars across professional and personal commitments.
- Manage executive communications, including inbox triage, drafting, and responding on behalf of Radha and Eli when appropriate.
- Prepare daily and weekly briefs with meeting context, priorities, and follow-ups.
- Track action items and ensure commitments are completed.
- Protect executive time through thoughtful scheduling and prioritization.
- Attend key meetings, capture decisions, and keep momentum moving afterward.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems, and proactively find ways to make everyday life run more smoothly.
Marketing, Creative & Founder Support Alongside your executive responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with Radha on marketing, storytelling, brand, and creative projects across the Daybreaker and Belong ecosystem. Depending on your interests and strengths, this could include:
- Supporting marketing campaigns, book launches, events, and community initiatives.
- Helping bring creative ideas to life, from initial brainstorms through to execution.

- Helping coordinate marketing assets, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Supporting the development of compelling stories and communications across our brands.
- Working alongside designers, content creators, agencies, and other collaborators to keep projects moving.
- Learning directly from Radha's approach to brand building, storytelling, community growth, and entrepreneurship.
- Jumping into new projects and unexpected opportunities wherever an extra pair of capable hands and a creative mind can make a difference.

Who You Are You're someone who naturally creates calm in busy environments. You're a natural generalist who loves variety, enjoys solving problems, and gets excited by learning new things. You're as happy organizing a complicated calendar as you are brainstorming a creative campaign, researching an unexpected idea, coordinating a household project, or figuring out how to make something happen for the first time. You have good creative instincts, an eye for detail, and a genuine interest in marketing, storytelling, brands, and culture. You're confident enough to take initiative, humble enough to learn, and resourceful enough to figure things out without always needing a playbook. You understand that supporting founders means switching gears throughout the day, sometimes very quickly, and you genuinely enjoy that pace. Most importantly, you don't see yourself as someone who simply completes tasks. You see yourself as someone who makes life easier, ideas possible, and the people around you more effective. You're equally comfortable thinking creatively and getting stuck into the practical details that make things happen. And you bring a sense of humor, warmth, positivity, and curiosity to everything you do. What You Bring
- Experience supporting founders, executives, entrepreneurs, or public-facing leaders in a fast-moving environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to reprioritize quickly.
- A proactive mindset - you anticipate needs instead of waiting for instructions.
- Comfort balancing creative coordination with hands-on execution and detailed administrative work.
- A genuine interest in marketing, brand building, storytelling, and creative projects, with an appetite to learn and develop new skills.
- A resourceful, adaptable attitude and willingness to jump between different types of responsibilities.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, social media platforms, AI tools, or email marketing software is a plus, but curiosity and the ability to learn quickly matter more than technical expertise.
- Interest in events, community building, publishing, media, hospitality, or nonprofits is a strong plus.
- A love of community building and excitement about dancing with us at Daybreaker!
You don't need to have done everything on this list before. We're looking for someone with the right combination of experience, attitude, initiative, and potential who is excited to grow with us. Logistics
- Full-time, in-person role based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, New York City.
- Some evening and weekend availability is expected, given the nature of events and executive support.
- Occasional domestic and international travel required.
- You'll work closely with Radha and Eli, as well as a dynamic network of creative collaborators, partners, and team members.
Why This Role? This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, community, creativity, and culture. You'll have a front-row seat to building globally recognized brands, producing world-class experiences, launching books and media projects, and helping shape a movement dedicated to making people feel more connected and more alive. You'll also have the opportunity to learn directly from a founder who has spent years creating brands, experiences, and communities that bring people together around the world. It's a role where you'll be trusted with real responsibility, encouraged to contribute ideas, exposed to a wide range of experiences, and given opportunities to grow your skills in new directions. If you're looking for a predictable 9-to-5 or a narrowly defined job description, this probably isn't the role. But if you're someone who loves making things happen, thrives on variety, enjoys being both organized and creative, and wants to be part of something meaningful, we'd love to meet you.
