Job Summary
Seeking a Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate to support the packing, unpacking, shipping, receiving, and inventory management of semiconductor equipment, accessories, parts, and components. The role involves following detailed packaging procedures, handling delicate and sensitive equipment, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring materials are properly prepared for safe transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and unpack equipment, accessories, parts, and components.
- Follow established procedures to package delicate safely and sensitive equipment.
- Use basic hand tools to install shipping locks or remove components before packaging.
- Perform shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory activities.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement using ERP systems.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and monitor packaging material supplies.
- Coordinate outbound shipments with internal departments.
- Assist with preparing kits for assembly operations.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and proper handling of all materials.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or packaging operations.
- Must have experience packaging sensitive equipment to prevent transportation damage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- SAP or ERP experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be willing to purchase and wear personal steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes (required PPE).
