$15,000 net sign-on bonus: must remain full-time
End of 90 days - $6,000 net
End of 1st year - $3,000 net
End of 2nd year - $2,250 net
End of 3rd year - $3,750 net
Occasionally employees may be asked or required to work additional hours than their normal schedule up to, including, or over 40 hours.
