Join the team behind red SOLO cups and Dart food and beverage packaging. We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Electrician to help keep our Dallas facility safe, reliable, and running smoothly.
This role focuses on facility electrical systems and infrastructure, including electrical distribution, lighting, panels, motors, transformers, controls, and other building electrical systems. If you have strong electrical troubleshooting skills and experience working in a commercial or industrial facility, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility electrical systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical panels, motors, transformers, lighting, controls, and other building electrical infrastructure
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to electrical service needs
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine root causes
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Use electrical testing equipment and a variety of hand and power tools
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate repair documentation
- Support safe, reliable facility operations while following applicable electrical codes and safety requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems or equipment, or comparable electrical trade school/training experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with commercial, industrial, or facility electrical systems
- Strong ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Knowledge of motors, transformers, lighting systems, electrical distribution equipment, panels, and control circuits
- Experience using electrical testing equipment
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Other electrician levels may be considered based on experience
