DarkStar Intelligence seeks a Jira Management Specialist to support portfolio tracking and reporting for a Marine Corps program office operating in a SAFe environment. The selected candidate will build and maintain Jira dashboards and reports, manage Portfolio Kanban for epics (WIP, throughput, blockers), and run MS Project and Jira in parallel during the transition.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Jira dashboards and reporting for the portfolio.
• Manage Portfolio Kanban for epics, tracking WIP, throughput, and blockers.
• Support MS Project and Jira in parallel during the transition.
• Provide reporting and tracking support to program and portfolio teams.

Requirements

• Secret Clearance
• 8 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Key Skills, Systems, and Tools: Jira dashboards and reporting; Portfolio Kanban for epics; MS Project and Jira in parallel; SAFe familiarity
