Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Make a Difference Daily Join our team and support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent, meaningful lives. Build relationships, teach life skills, and assist with daily routines in a rewarding, purpose-driven role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living and personal care
- Support social and life skills
- Engage in activities and build relationships
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
- Complete daily documentation
Qualifications:
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Willing to actively engage with individuals
- Able to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
No experience required – paid training provided!
