We are in search of a highly skilled Maximo MAS Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a Top Secret Clearance to spearhead a team of cloud migration specialists. In this pivotal role, the SME will lead the migration of a pre-configured Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Maximo 7.6.x application environment from Red Hat virtual systems to the latest IBM MAS Maximo Application Suite. This endeavor is part of a global implementation involving 50,000 users seamlessly integrated into various enterprise data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of six specialists in planning, migrating, testing, securing, and documenting the asset management system.
• Collaborate with the existing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) project team throughout the upgrade planning and implementation phases.
• Ensure successful migration of Maximo 7.6.x systems to MAS 8.x running in the SC2S environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Top Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency in Maximo 7.6.1.3 product aspects, including infrastructure in Linux environments, product installation, system migration, software upgrades, application configuration, integration design, workflow, and security.
• Expertise in MAS implementation on AWS, including database migration and application testing.
• Strong foundation in RedHat Linux Core, OpenShift, and Cloud Pack for Data.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders, project team members, and C-suite executives.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of automated testing design and system administration automation.
• Experience in mobile application implementation.
• Expertise in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Proven track record of obtaining Authorization to Test (ATT) and Authority to Operate (ATO) for government systems.
• IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Manage v8.0 Certification.
• IBM Certified Administrator - Maximo Manage v8.x Certification.
