Overview
The role of Deepwater Electrician involves maintaining electrical equipment on the platform, such as motor controls, batteries, relays, VFDs, generators, and power transducers. - Electrical isolations
- Calibration of equipment
- Regulatory compliance (USCG and MMS)
- Assisting in the development of Electrical maintenance plans
- Strict adherence to all safety standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 4+ years’ electrical maintenance experience offshore on a production platform
- 4160v experience
- SAP experience
- Valid TWIC card
- Offshore oil and gas production platform experience
