As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll connect talent with opportunities where their skills can make a meaningful difference. You’ll run recruitment processes primarily across the United States, with opportunities to support hiring across the Americas and globally. Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll turn business needs into effective sourcing and hiring strategies while creating an engaging experience for every candidate.

You can be based at our locations in Tallahassee, FL, or Louisville, KY, or work remotely from the Southeast United States.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, shape recruitment strategies, and make confident hiring decisions.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and innovative approaches that connect Danfoss with skilled candidates in competitive markets.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, assessment, and offer stages, creating a consistent and positive candidate experience.
• Advise and influence stakeholders on market insights, candidate attraction, and inclusive selection practices to improve hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate across our global Talent Acquisition community to share expertise, strengthen recruitment practices, and support broader talent priorities.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting, with the ability to independently manage multiple end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong capability in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment, including using different recruitment tools and sourcing methods to identify talent.
• The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across different functions, organizational levels, and cultures.
• Full professional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
