Build Something You Can Be Proud Of.

Are you a skilled welder who takes pride in a quality weld and enjoys seeing raw metal become a finished product?

We’re looking for a Welder to join our manufacturing team! You’ll be responsible for fitting, welding, and finishing metal components while working from blueprints and welding symbols to build products that meet our quality standards and customer requirements.

If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in your craftsmanship, we want you on our team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment, including MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) as required.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols.
  • Fit and weld metal components to build fabricated assemblies.
  • Use cutting, grinding, and finishing techniques to prepare and complete parts.
  • Inspect welds and finished components to ensure they meet quality requirements.
  • Maintain and clean welding equipment and your work area.
  • Work closely with fitters, assemblers, and other production team members to complete jobs on time.
  • Identify and communicate quality issues, material shortages, or equipment concerns.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve weld quality, efficiency, and workflow.

THIS JOB IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU...

  • Have 2+ years of welding experience in a fabrication environment.
  • Are proficient with MIG/GMAW and TIG/GTAW welding processes.
  • Can read blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Have strong attention to detail and take pride in quality workmanship.
  • Are comfortable using hand tools, grinders, clamps, and measuring equipment.
  • Have strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Have completed a welding program or apprenticeship - preferred, but not required.
  • Have an AWS or equivalent welding certification - a plus!
