Compensation

Uncapped performance bonuses Average canvassers earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses Top performers exceed $4,000/month in bonuses $20.50/hour base pay

Requirements

Walk neighborhoods for extended periods - this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role Strong communicators Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions Available Monday – Saturdays Working cell phone with data plan Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)
