Lead Cashier

• Must be friendly, personable and maintain a neat appearance

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week (which may include nights, weekends and holidays).

• Answer incoming calls and be able to answer questions about new product and/or services

• Assist customers in placing special orders/transfers/charge accounts

• Accurate computer skills, able to operate the register, greet customers and able to resolve customer issues

• Comfortable working with and learning new computer systems/programs and processes.

• Ensure all procedures are in line with the overall goals of the company.

• Perform all duties as assigned by your supervisor or other management staff.

Qualifications

• 2 + years of customer service experience preferred.

• Must have 3 years cash handling/deposit reconciliation experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift up to 10 pounds.
