Description

At CyberMaxx, we believe it is our duty to defend against those committed to wide-scale societal disruption through cyberattacks.

We help our customers reduce risk by tightly integrating MDR with offensive security, threat hunting, security research, and digital forensics and incident response (DFIR) to continually adapt to new and evolving threats. Our modern MDR (Managed Detection & Response) approach is tailored to the unique characteristics and risk factors of each customer, enabling us to take full ownership of the response process and, optionally, manage key security controls. By thinking like an adversary and defending like a guardian, we help our customers stay a step ahead of threat actors.

At CyberMaxx, we value humility, transparency, intellectual curiosity, and a customer first approach.

The Offer Manager defines new service offerings and owns the revenue and margin performance of CyberMaxx’s portfolio across MDR, offensive security and professional services. The role decides how each offer is packaged, priced and positioned, then stays accountable for it after launch, working mostly with Sales, Finance and Operations to keep the portfolio profitable and competitive.

What You’ll Do:

Offer definition and packaging

  • Define new services, service tiers, bundles, inclusions, exclusions and add-ons
  • Maintain service descriptions, SKUs and scope boundaries for each offer
  • Align offer scope with what Security Operations and Engineering can deliver at scale

Revenue and margin ownership

  • Own revenue and margin performance for each offer in the portfolio
  • Report attach rate, bookings, margin and churn by offer
  • Act on what the numbers show: adjust pricing, packaging or scope when an offer misses its margin or growth goals
  • Present portfolio performance and recommendations to leadership

Pricing and commercial model

  • Build and maintain pricing models, price books and discount guardrails with Finance
  • Model the cost to deliver each service and set target margin per offer
  • Review non-standard deal structures and pricing exceptions

Launch and post-launch ownership

  • Own offer readiness through the Launch stage of the Product Council lifecycle (NPI)
  • Own each offer after launch, working mostly with Sales, Finance and Operations to resolve pricing, scope and delivery issues
  • Deliver sales enablement: offer guides, pricing sheets, battlecards, FAQs and SOW language
  • Partner with Marketing on positioning and messaging
  • Manage offer transitions, migrations and end-of-life

Market and competitive analysis

  • Track competitor MDR and managed security offers, pricing and packaging
  • Gather input from Sales, Sales Engineering and Customer Success on win/loss and buyer needs
  • Recommend offer changes, new offers and retirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in offer management, product marketing, product management or pricing
  • 3+ years in cybersecurity, managed security services or B2B IT services
  • Working knowledge of MDR, SOC operations, EDR/XDR, SIEM and offensive security services
  • Experience building pricing models and margin analysis
  • Experience taking an offer from concept to launch with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written communication for sales collateral, service descriptions and executive briefings
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience at an MSSP, MDR provider or security vendor
  • Familiarity with Microsoft licensing
  • Experience with channel, TSD or partner pricing programs
  • Salesforce reporting experience
  • Experience integrating offer portfolios after a merger or acquisition
  • Pragmatic Institute or similar product/offer management certification

Some Of What We Offer

  • Flexible Paid Time Off
  • 401k with a company match
  • Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage
  • Voluntary Short Term and Long-Term Disability
  • Employee Assistance Program with Mental Health Supplement
  • Voluntary Basic, Accidental, and other ancillary life insurance
  • Health Savings Account Contribution (with selection of a HDHP)
  • 10 annual, paid holidays
