Original job description
Operations Manager
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to join a fast-growing creator-management company and become the founder's operational right hand. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Orlando, Florida.
About the Role
You will own the company's day-to-day operations, including invoicing, payments, contracts, reconciliation, vendor management, creator onboarding, internal processes, and team coordination.
This is not a passive back-office role. We are looking for someone who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment, solve problems independently, and maintain high operational standards.
Responsibilities
• Manage weekly invoicing, payment reconciliation, and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate monthly financial reporting with bookkeeping partners.
• Oversee creator onboarding, contracts, payouts, and system access.
• Manage vendors, subscriptions, contractors, and operational documentation.
• Own and improve SOPs for recurring workflows.
• Identify inefficient processes and support automation initiatives.
• Coordinate the on-site team, external partners, and contractors.
• Support hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and performance follow-ups.
• Run regular operations meetings and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, executive support, or a similar role.
• Experience in an agency, service business, talent company, or fast-growing startup.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills.
• Experience creating and improving SOPs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
• Comfortable working within the adult creator economy.
• Willingness to work full-time from the Orlando office.
Tools
Experience with several of the following is expected:
• Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
• Google Workspace.
• Mercury or similar banking platforms.
• QuickBooks Online.
• Gusto or similar payroll systems.
• Notion, Monday, or other project-management tools.
Nice to Have
• Experience in a creator, talent, or influencer agency.
• Familiarity with OnlyFans business operations.
• Experience managing employees or contractors.
• Knowledge of Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, APIs, or light scripting.
Personal Qualities
• Proactive and ownership-driven.
• Structured and detail-oriented.
• Confident working with numbers.
• Comfortable making decisions and addressing performance issues.
• Approachable, direct, and able to maintain high standards.
What we offer
• Full-time, in-person role in Orlando, Florida.
• Close collaboration with the founder and a small on-site team.
• Fast-paced and informal environment.
• Performance-based bonus.
• Opportunity to build and manage an operations team.
