  • Process and validate employee data changes, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, job changes, reporting relationships, benefits and other employment information.
  • Conduct regular HRIS data audits, research discrepancies, correct and follow issues through resolution.
  • Establish and maintain processes and controls that support accurate, consistent and timely HR data.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reports to support HR operations, compliance, workforce planning and business decision-making.
  • Monitor HR data for trends, inconsistencies, missing information, potential issues and bring findings forward with recommended actions.
  • Partner with HR team members to ensure information flowing between HRIS, payroll, benefits and related HR systems is accurate and reconciled.
  • Maintain HR reporting definitions, standards and documentation to promote consistency in how workforce information is reported and interpreted.
  • Support HRIS testing, workflow improvements, system updates and process enhancements.

Benefits & Payroll

  • Coordinate day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, qualifying life events, employee inquiries and carrier coordination.

  • Coordinate the weekly payroll process in partnership with our payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely submission of employee changes, earnings, deductions and other payroll inputs.
  • Review payroll reports, reconcile exceptions, resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate payroll/HRIS data and ensure appropriate documentation and controls.
  • Take ownership of benefit and payroll issues through resolution and identify opportunities to prevent recurring problems.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding policies, attendance, conduct, performance expectations and established HR practices.
  • Support routine to moderately complex employee relations matters, including fact-finding, documentation, corrective action and performance improvement.
