Position Summary

Mon- Friday 11pm-7am (3rd shift)

Join a dynamic warehouse team where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will play a critical role in keeping inventory flowing efficiently throughout the facility. Responsibilities include safely operating a reach truck to replenish pick locations, put away incoming product into reserve storage, and ensure inventory is accurately positioned to support customer demand.

In this fast-paced environment, you'll work with advanced warehouse management systems, navigate high-bay racking, and contribute directly to operational success by maintaining product availability and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-driven setting, demonstrates strong attention to safety, and enjoys working independently while supporting team goals.

This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable material handling skills, work with modern equipment, and be an essential part of a high-performing distribution operation where efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork are highly valued.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to use hand and powered tools to perform job function.
• Must be able to obtain license to operate all types of powered equipment within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to walk, stand, pull, climb for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to lift frequently 20-45 lbs., occasionally 45-75 lbs.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed to include high volume periods.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to be a team player who is comfortable working in a team-based environment.
• Ability to work with different levels of colleagues with focus on customer service.
• Ability to act competently in emergencies.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
