Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and achieve daily maintenance goals.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and heating systems across

residential and commercial properties.

• Handle the upkeep of pumps, mechanical systems, and HVAC units.
• Manage inventory, maintain and organize building materials at our warehouse.
• Deliver and pick up equipment and materials as needed.
• Perform repairs on walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, countertops, windows, and

more.

• Ensure properties are move-in ready by performing necessary repairs after tenant

move-outs.

• Maintain the exterior of properties, including lawn care and snow removal.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of assisted living facilities.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance, repair, or

construction.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with the tools and techniques required for residential and commercial

maintenance.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screenings.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Three professional references.
