HVAC Engineer Design. Innovate. Build. Grow. Cummings Properties is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Engineer to join our in-house Architectural/Engineering team in Woburn, MA. If you have 10+ years of experience and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, design/build environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact! What You?ll Do: ? Collaborate with our design, sustainability, purchasing, and construction teams to develop high-quality HVAC and piping systems. ? Design and prepare fit-ups and whole building HVAC systems for a variety of commercial and laboratory spaces. ? Assess and enhance existing HVAC systems for energy efficiency and performance. ? Work on exciting projects, including new multi-story residential and commercial buildings and energy retrofits. ? Sprinkler design experience Even better! What We\'re Looking For: ? Expertise in commercial and multi-family residential HVAC/mechanical systems - design, construction, and maintenance. ? Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. ? Excellent communication - graphic, written, and verbal. ? A Massachusetts Mechanical Engineering license. ? AutoCAD proficiency is preferred. ?
