Shift Leader

Culver's of Sheboygan - HWY 42 is looking for Leaders! Lead great shifts and help people grow at our family-owned Culver’s. As a Shift Leader, you’ll work alongside the team, guide the shift, and help keep service, food quality, and daily routines on track. This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll support team members and jump in wherever needed across the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen. What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest service
• Serve as a role model for positivity, teamwork, and integrity
• Coach and support team members to help them grow and succeed
• Maintain food safety and operational standards
• Help coordinate team members across front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen operations
