What You'll Do

• Lead shifts and support consistent daily operations
• Coach managers, developing leaders and Team Members
• Support hiring, onboarding, training and staffing readiness
• Partner with the GM on food safety, quality and operating standards
• Help monitor sales, labor, inventory, food performance and controllable costs
• Complete assigned action plans and maintain operating controls
• Build a respectful, accountable and team-oriented workplace

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership ability with approximately two or more years of management experience
• Restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization and financial-management skills
• Ability to coach others and hold the team accountable
• Dependability, humility and commitment to operational excellence
