We're now looking for a passionate and hardworking Warehouse Lead to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support warehouse and production team members
• Schedule workloads and coordinate daily operations
• Ensure team members are properly trained and equipped for success
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment
• Manage inventory, including receiving shipments, purchasing, tracking stock, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
• Approve and submit employee timesheets
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure accurate inventory counts
• Complete and maintain required documentation, logs, and records
• Assist with warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks and customer pickups
• Support delivery scheduling and company vehicle operations as needed
• Order parts, supplies, and equipment to support branch operations
• Help foster a positive workplace culture and provide excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
• Ability to lift/move up to 100lbs at times
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles
• High School diploma
• High energy and passion for excellence
• High regards for treating and caring for customers.
• Organized and good at tracking inventory
• Detailed oriented
• Passionate about a positive work environment / culture
