Foreman

Culinary Depot is seeking a hands-on Foreman to join our commercial kitchen installation team. This is not a traditional supervisory position. The Crew Lead will work alongside the crew installing equipment while taking ownership of making sure the job is completed properly and according to plan.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial kitchen equipment, including hoods, walk-ins, and other equipment.
• Uncrate, move, and set equipment in place.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Identify missing materials, discrepancies, and field issues.
• Take accurate measurements and provide actionable information to Project Management.
• Coordinate with the crew and Project Management to keep projects moving.
• Provide detailed daily progress updates.
• Take ownership of the installation through completion.

Salary $25-30$ Hourly

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial kitchen installation, construction, or related work.
• Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and ability to take ownership in the field.
