Review testing results, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
Support software releases and maintain accurate testing documentation.

At least one year of financial services experience, particularly in lending, is strongly preferred.
Experience with quality control, auditing, compliance reviews, process verification, or software testing is highly valued.
Understanding of banking operations, financial transactions, or lending processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to learn new technology and work independently or collaboratively.
Associate degree in IT or equivalent relevant work experience.

Familiarity with IBM iSeries systems or software development processes is also valuable but not required.

Why Join CU*Answers? You'll be part of a collaborative team helping improve technology that credit unions rely on every day.
