This will be a 2 year contract with a target start date of 11/09/26. Resource being requested is local to the San Francisco bay area, with 3 days per week onsite to start. Scope of work: 1. Location: 60% local (Resource may need to travel to San Jose about once a quarter if not local.)

- Netapp to Isilon Migration skills
- Automation Additional Scope Details: Role: Work with Client to migrate data from their Isilon storage to Netapp. Promote reliability and stability in their ONTAP environment.
Primary responsibilities:
- Assess and develop a plan to migrate their Isilon infrastructure
- Help Client staff Netapp storage needs
Primary strengths:
- Knowledge of EDA practices
- Deep ONTAP strength
- Migration experience
- Automation skills Python, Ansible
- Diagnostic / debugging capabilities
- Configuration application and testing
- Clear technical communication skills
- Ability to operate individually and professionally within the organization
- Cloud knowledge helpful - AWS and GCP
- Can access NTAP tools
- Ability to Pull autosupport information and execute initial diagnostics without generating a support ticket
- Help resolve events in the field about a particular version of ONTAP
- Work with PS/Support resources and open up dialog immediately and take the lead to quickly to help resolve issues or diagnosing failover events without customer hand holding
- Transfer of Knowledge to other individuals in customer org.
- Promote independence.
