The Digital Shared Services team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to be part of its dynamic, globally distributed team of IT professionals responsible for the development and maintenance of WI Digital Shared Services platform. As a member of the Development and Production Support team in WI Technology supporting DC Business services, the candidate will work with technology professionals to support various mid-tier services, and products. The team is responsible to maintain production stability, handle reported systems issues and deliver innovative, scalable, industry-leading investment tools that enable the business to achieve a competitive advantage globally.

Members of the Production Services team regularly work to:

• Provide Level 3 application support
• Participate in weekly on call rotation
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.

The Expertise You Have

• 6-10 years of supporting, designing and maintaining Infrastructure in Professional software development
• Tech stack agnostic – should be able to work thru/ provide L3 development and Prod Support in different tech stacks with and without help of Dev assist (AI) tools. We have apps built on C#, .Net Core, VB6, C++, Java, Springboot, across various platforms.
• BS degree in Computer Science or similar
• 6-10 Years of experience with WebServices Support/development and experience in various tech stacks.
• Cloud experience with Azure/AWS

• Support the development staff within the team that is focused on discretionary projects with their day to day issues related to builds/deploys & source code branch cut requests. Collaborate cross-functionally with DBAs , business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms. Design and develop a processing platform using various configuration management technologies.
• Identify and implement potential improvements/tools to enhance supportability. Take ownership of technical issues from initial triage to final resolution.
• Leverage Enterprise approved AI tools as required
• You understand product management, product development and product delivery in an Agile context
• You can translate business requirements to technical tasks for scrum teams
• Establish good working relationships with our stakeholders. Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps and keeping Knowledgebase up to date.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in the Level 3 Incident tickets, troubleshoot, perform RCA, and deliver quality and excellent customer service.
• You can develop effective working relationships with peers, managers, and senior management within and across organizational lines

• Delivering world class end to end Production support and working on infrastructure/small development projects in the DC Business services space.
• Partnering with product management, application architects, and development manager to help establish vision, release and delivery of APIs.
• Becoming the go-to person for functions of the program including defining features, requirements and process flows
• Staying ahead of on regulatory changes that impact the DC Business Services platform and determining / implementing our go forward strategies to address these changes.
• Providing operational support and enablement by serving as a “functional solution expert” and responding to product and technical inquiries
• Taking responsibility for overall delivery of product features within the scheduled releases
• Assist in building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc.
• Using logging and monitoring tools like Splunk, Kibana, and writing SQL queries etc.
• Strong DevOps focus and experience building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment technologies
• Working with build automation technologies like Jenkins, Stash etc.
• Working in projects that use modern programming languages like Java, Python, etc.
