LEAD DRIVER (CDL REQUIRED)

Essential Job Functions:

• Transport individuals to and from the day program within the allotted time, in order for the individuals to arrive at the day program on time.
• Complete attendance sheet in the morning and afternoon
• Reports accidents, if any and takes appropriate action when needed
• Communicates with appropriate person regarding behavior, seizures, disruptions, etc. on the van
• Oversight and coordination of all needs pertaining to company vehicles, such as oil changes and regular maintenance.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communication with Logistics Manager in regards to Individual’s issues.
• Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Required Experience, Education and/or Training:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 21 or Older
• CDL with Clean Driving Record
• Ability to drive a 15 passenger van
• 1 or more years’ experience working with the DD population preferred but not required.

Additional Experience, Education and/or Training Preferred:

• Ability to obtain DSP certification
