What to expect in this role on a given day:

This person will work within a growing team to provide guidance on a wide variety of projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and review team of 3 staff accountants and 1 senior accountant
• Conduct detailed reviews of various transactions such as leases, sales, bank payoffs and inventory transactions, and reconciliations
• Complete various management reports and special projects
• Manage Notes Payable System (payments to bank, payoffs, fundings, amortizations)

You will be a good fit for this position if you:

• Have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Possess strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills along with being organized and having the ability to multi-task
• Experience in Excel and other spreadsheet applications
• Are experienced in working within an accounting department and have been responsible for a project or specific part of the monthly close process
• 1-2 experience in a supervisor capacity would be a bonus
