What You'll Do

- Develop a strong understanding of each customer's business, workflows, and technology needs.
- Help customers maximize the value and adoption of their CSDS solutions.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities.
- Recommend products, services, and subscriptions that address customer requirements.
- Partner with Sales, Technical, Operations, and other internal teams to coordinate renewal strategies, customer opportunities, and internal resources.
- Research and prepare for customer conversations.
- Follow up on commitments, quotations, renewals, and sales opportunities to maintain momentum.
- Maintain accurate customer, renewal, and opportunity information in the CRM.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while balancing customer needs with CSDS's retention, growth, and commercial objectives.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer success, customer service, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
- A genuine interest in understanding customers' businesses, challenges, and technology needs.
- A commercial mindset and motivation to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Confidence proactively contacting customers and leading conversations by phone, email, and virtual meeting.
- The ability to uncover customer needs through effective questioning, research, and active listening.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple customers, renewals, and sales opportunities while prioritizing work effectively.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and sales information.
- The willingness and ability to continually learn new products, software, and technology solutions.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to manage a broad customer portfolio with minimal supervision.
- The ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred, but not required: Experience within the geospatial, surveying, scanning, engineering, construction, or technology industry.
- Preferred, but not required: Experience managing subscription, SaaS, or other recurring-revenue customers.
- Preferred, but not required: Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Preferred, but not required: Experience supporting customer renewals, retention, or account growth.
