Crumbl | Salem, New Hampshire 69 Central Street Salary: $50,000-$55,000 per year Schedule: Full time, 40-45 hours per week, including Saturdays. Sundays off.

We're hiring a General Manager to lead our Salem store. You'll hire and develop the team, oversee daily bakery operations, and take responsibility for product quality, customer service, and store performance.

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members. Develop shift leaders within the team.
• Build schedules and manage staffing and labor costs.
• Oversee production quality, cleanliness, and food safety during each shift.
• Manage inventory, forecast product needs, and control expenses.
• Set clear expectations, track store performance, and coach the team to meet goals.
• Resolve customer concerns and hold the team accountable for service standards.

What we're looking for

• Management or leadership experience in food service, restaurants, retail, or quick-service restaurant operations.
• Experience managing employees, labor costs, and daily operations.
• Clear communication, good organization, and the ability to coach employees and solve problems.
• Availability to work 40-45 hours per week, including Saturdays.
