This position is contingent upon contract award; we are building a qualified candidate pool now.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver half-day and full-day instructor-led technical skills training and virtual technical sessions.
  • Teach Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, enterprise software and systems training aligned with the client platforms.
  • Deliver Power BI and data analytics training, from data import and modeling through dashboard publication.
  • Deliver AI and digital productivity training, including responsible and secure use of AI tools in a public utility setting.
  • Prepare practice files and exercises; verify lab and virtual environment readiness before each session.
  • Administer skills checks and attendance records and contribute to End-of-Program Training Reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and technical certification.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of technical or software training delivery to adult professionals.
  • Current industry certification appropriate to the courses taught (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Office Specialist Expert, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT); CompTIA CTT+; CAPM or PMP for project management fundamentals.

How You Will Live Our Values

  • Action Orientation: Keeps every session hands-on and practical, so participants leave able to apply the tool the next working day.
  • Caring: Meets each learner at his or her skill level, from first-time users to advanced analysts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stays current with Microsoft 365, Power BI and AI tools, and updates content as platforms change.

Work Requirements

  • Successful completion of the client's post-offer background investigation, including work, driving, and criminal history, before working at client facilities.
  • Availability for on-site work Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., and travel within Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, Maryland.
  • Adherence to client and CGINTL standards of conduct, ethics, and confidentiality.
