Office Manager Duties
- Run daily office operations, supplies, and vendor contacts
- Greet patients and help with intake paperwork and payments
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Manage schedules, calendars, and meetings
- Keep records and filing current under HIPAA
Office Manager Requirements
- 2 or more years as an office manager or medical front office lead
- Insurance verification experience preferred
- Utilization review or behavioral health experience a plus
- Organized, steady, and good with people
